Arrival & Departure To & From the Event

How to get there: 

In each event page, you have transport information and details on how to get to the Haute Route Village.

The airport shuttle is an extra service that you can book directly during your registration process, while customising your event and adding extra services.

If you have already purchased your event, you can still add the shuttle directly from your customer account in the 'Dashboard' section by clicking on 'Add Extra Services' 

Once your shuttle is purchased: 

- You will be able to choose the day and pick up time (if options available).

- About 10 days before the event, you will get more details about the pickup location and contact details of the driver.

When do I need to get to the Event :

Bib Collection at The Event Village: 

You will need to pick up your Rider Pack and Bib on Registration Day ( Day before the first stage). If you won't arrive during the opening times, please contact us at contact@hauteroute.org.

Further Information will be giving to you in the Haute Route Road Book, 3 weeks before the event begins. 

When can I leave the event:

3-day events and the 5-day Dolomites:  you will be able to leave in the afternoon of the last stage once you have completed your time trial. We recommend that you stay and enjoy the closing ceremony that will begin around noon.

5-day Pyrenees and 7-day Alps: 

- If you have booked accommodation with the Haute Route you will be able to leave the morning after the final stage

- If you have not booked accommodation with the Haute Route, you will be able to leave the night of the final stage
