Medical Certificate or Cycling License Requirement

In order to take part in a European Haute Route (in France, Italy and Andorra), it is mandatory to upload:
- either a medical certificate (must be less than one year old on the first day of the competition).
- or a valid French sports license (FFC, FFTri, UFOLEP, FFCF, FSGT).
-or a valid cycling licence recognized by UCI

You can find a medical certificate template in English HERE and in French HERE

Your certificate or valid French sports licence can be uploaded now or later (before the event) on your Haute Route account. Your medical certificate is not validated until you receive a notification from The Athlete Services team. Even if your file is “completed”, the medical certificate that you upload needs to be checked by the team.
