Registration Day & Registration Pack

3-Day Haute Route 

1. Village Arrival - We advise you to arrive at the event before 4pm. Before exploring the village and visiting partners' and exhibitors' booths, make sure you follow the steps outlined below.

2. Bike Park - If you came to the event village by bike, please use the secure bike park while completing the registration process. 

3. Bib Collection - Collect your enveloppe containing your bib and bike plate etc. (you will need a form of photo ID)

4. Registration Pack Collection - Get your official Haute Route jersey, goodies from partners and backpack (25L).

5. Official Photo - Don't forget to have your official Haute Route picture taken.

6. Bike Plate - Once you've collected your registration pack. attach your bike plat onto your handlebars. It is forbidden to alter, cut or fold your bike plate (it contains your timing chip).

7. Welcome Briefing -  Once you have completed all these steps and have visited our partner and exhibitor stands please ensure that you attend the mandatory Rider Briefing at the end of the afternoon. This briefing will be followed by the Event Supporter Briefing, which is mandatory for friends and families following the event by car.

8. Pasta Party - To start the Haute Route in the right way, make new friends over dinner at the Pasta Party, which will take place right after the Rider Briefing.


5-Day & 7-Day Haute Route

1. Village Arrival - We advise you to arrive at the event before 4pm. Before exploring the village and visiting partners' and exhibitors' booths, make sure you follow the steps outlined below.

2. Bike Park - If you came to the event village by bike, please use the secure bike park while completing the registration process. 

3. Equipment Check - Present the following mandatory equipment to the organisation before being allow to proceed to bib collection: Hard-shell helmet, red back light, long sleeve thermal jacket, full-finger winter gloves, thermal overshoes and leg warmers.

4. Bib Collection - Collect your enveloppe containing your bib and bike plate etc. (you will need a form of photo ID).

5. Registration Pack Collection - Get your official Haute Route jersey, goodies from partners, your backpack (25L) and your travel bag (90L).

6. Official Photo - Don't forget to have your official Haute Route picture taken.

7. Bike Plate - Once you've collected your registration pack. attach your bike plat onto your handlebars. It is forbidden to alter, cut or fold your bike plate (it contains your timing chip).

8. Bike Box - Attach your bike box tag (included in your envelope) to your bike box and bring it  to the dedicated truck. As the Haute Route Travel Bag will be the only bag transported by our organisation, we advise you to store your non essential personal items in your bike box. Your bike box will be stored in a secure room throughout the event and you will not be able to access it until the end of the final stage.

9. Travel Bag Delivery - If you would like us to transport your Travel Bag to the first hotel, please drop it off at the dedicated area of the event village (only for people who have booked an accommodation package with the Haute Route).

10. Welcome Briefing -  Once you have completed all these steps and have visited our partner and exhibitor stands please ensure that you attend the mandatory Rider Briefing at the end of the afternoon. Registration pack 5d - 7d

  • A Kitbrix Backpack (25L)
  • A Travel Bag (90L)
  • An enveloppe containing: a backpack tag, a bike plate and cable ties, several copies of your bib number and pins, several stickers with main information for every stage of the event, a bike box label and label for your Travel Bag.
