From unforeseen injuries to global pandemics, our flexible registration policy has you covered, so you can transfer or cancel your registration at any time.

We’re committed to giving you the flexibility you need to register with confidence and join us on the road for the ride of your life in 2023.

You can find all the details about your registration in our sales conditions, but in this article we’ve broken down the fine print so you don’t have to; these are the four things you need to know about 2023.

We have updated our terms and conditions and cancelation policy for all Haute Route 2023 events. Please note all changes will incur a fee (50€ for a 3d, 75€ for a 5d and 120€ for Alps). Please see details below.

Accommodation is not provided and sold by Organiser and is therefore not subject to these Withdrawal Conditions. 

1. Refund Policy:
You are able to receive a full refund within 7 days after a registration is made. After 7 seven days this option is no longer available. Please note there will be a fee to make this change (50€ for a 3d, 75€ for a 5d and 120€ for Alps). 

2. Deferral Policy:
If you are unable to no longer attend your registered event(s), you will have the option to defer this to the same event next year. This option is only available for riders who have registered by 23:59 on the December 8th, 2022.

If you have booked extra services, you may receive a refund depending on when you defer from your event. See below:

• Deferrals made 6 months before the event: 100% refund minus fee
• Deferrals made from 6- 4 months before the event: 75% refund minus fee
• Deferrals made from 4 months – 46 days before the event: 50% refund minus fee
• Deferrals 45 days before the event: No refund available
  
  

If you decide to withdraw from your Haute Route event(s), please note the refund policy is only eligible up until 45 days before the event.

For those who wish to receive a refund for their entry, please see below:

• Withdrawals made 4 months before the event: 50% refund minus fee
• Withdrawals made from 4 months – 46 days before the event: 25% refund minus fee
• Withdrawals 45 days before the event: No refund available

If you have booked extra services, you may receive a refund depending on when you withdraw from your event. See below:

• Withdrawals made 6 months before the event: 100% refund minus fee
• Withdrawals  made from 6-4 months before the event: 75% refund minus fee
• Withdrawals  made from 4 months – 46 days before the event: 50% refund minus fee
• Withdrawals  45 days before the event: No refund available

You have the option to transfer your event to someone else if you are unable to attend. Please note this option is available until the day of the event, and the rider must attend the same event you registered for. If you have booked any extra services, this must be transferred too, you will not be able to receive any refund for extra services.

 5. Payment Plan:

We offer a Payment Plan for all 2023 events. If you would like to opt for this, please ensure you register for an event(s) by December 8th 2022. The Payment Plan will no longer be available after this date. Please note you will incur a 3% fee upon registration to use this payment method. If you decide to no longer attend the event, you are able to use terms 1, 2 or 3 above.
